In your Complimentary Personal Training Session we will talk about your lifestyle, your goals and your WHY!

 

This is an “Obligation Free” session and is the best way for you to evaluate the benefits of  working with a trainer/coach and does a number of other things such as….

 

  1. Allows us to get to know a bit about each other
  2. Gives you a clearer understanding of what our training is all about
  3. Helps us get clear about the specific areas we’d work on and the outcomes you’ll achieve
  4. Gives you the opportunity to get your questions answered
  5. We’ll also see how we would work together – an important step in choosing a trainer.

 

Sessions are conducted at Balmain Fitness , 32 Robert St Rozelle.

* You don’t need to be a member of the gym to have this session.

Your privacy is always respected and strict confidentiality assured.

* Please allow 45- 60 mins mins depending on your requirements and goals.

*Suitable for all new clients.
