You know that feeling of wearing a coat that used to fit perfectly?
It's not uncomfortable enough to take off. It's just... not quite right anymore. A little tight across the shoulders. A little heavier than you remember. And you keep wearing it because it's yours, you chose it, and taking it off feels like it means something you're not ready to mean yet.
That's the feeling of you outgrowing an identity.
Here's what nobody tells you about being a woman who has shown up fully for every role she's ever played — parent, partner, professional, the one everyone leans on — is that those roles come with identities attached. And you inhabit them completely, because that's who you are. You don't do things by halves. You didn't perform those roles. You lived them.
But roles evolve. Kids grow up. Careers plateau or shift. Relationships settle into something different. And when the role stops needing as much of you, there's suddenly a bit of space. And in that space, a question you weren't expecting:
Which parts of this are actually me?
You can get an overview of your type and authority from a hundred different places online. Plug in your birth details, get a PDF, learn that you're a Manifesting Generator with Sacral authority and think okay, cool, what do I do with that?
That's not what this is.
Reclaim Her uses your complete Human Design chart as a map — not to give you information about yourself, but to show you yourself. The parts that are non-negotiable. The parts that have been quietly suppressed. The parts that have been running the show from underneath without you realising it.
And most importantly — the parts you've been waiting for permission to fully own.
This is identity work. Deep, specific, grounded identity work. The kind that doesn't leave you inspired for twenty minutes and then fade. The kind where you say something out loud you've never quite said before, and hear something back that you've always known but never had language for.
You won't leave with more information about yourself.
You'll leave finally knowing yourself.
There are seven layers I look at when I prepare for your session. Not because seven is a good number for a framework —
but because these are the specific layers that answer the question you've actually been sitting with.
Your chart shows exactly where you're wired to take in the world around you — and over time, genuinely mistake it for yourself. This is where the chameleon feeling comes from. We name it clearly so you can finally tell the difference between what's actually you and what you've been carrying for everyone else
Not character flaws. Not failures. Specific, named, completely understandable fears that have been operating underneath your choices — often for decades. When you can see them and name them precisely, something shifts. They lose their grip. And what's been sitting behind them — your real confidence, your actual authority — gets to come forward.
Some parts of your design are always on. Always you — whether you're expressing them or suppressing them. These are usually the parts that have been called too much at some point in your life. They are not too much. They are your greatest strengths. We spend real time here.
Early on, usually from one defining experience, you wrote a story about yourself that has been quietly shaping your behaviour ever since. We look at that story. And then we look at what your design actually says about who you're here to be — which is almost always the complete opposite.
There's a reason that even when everything looks fine on paper, something underneath it has felt slightly hollow. Your chart holds the specific thread of what you're genuinely here to do and be. Not in an overwhelming way. In a quiet, specific, oh — that's it kind of way. We find it.
This is the deepest layer and the one that tends to land the hardest. Your chart holds a specific fear or belief that has been driving your behaviour from completely underground — the thing you've been too busy managing to name out loud. When we bring it into the light, two things happen. It stops having so much power over you. And you get to see the extraordinary gift living on the other side of it. These are always two sides of the same thing.
Your chart is also a practical blueprint — the environments where you genuinely thrive, how your mind is designed to process information, what nourishes you versus quietly depletes you. Most women have been living in complete opposition to this without knowing it. This part of the session is often the most immediately useful. Small shifts. Immediate difference.
A clear understanding of your Human Design and what it actually means for the way you live, think, and make decisions — not in theory, but in the specific context of your real life.
The language for things you have always known about yourself but never quite been able to name. The relief of that alone is worth the session.
Clarity on why you've felt like a chameleon your whole life — and why that's not a flaw, it's a feature of your design that nobody ever explained to you properly.
An understanding of which parts of the way you think and feel and respond are genuinely yours — and which parts you've been carrying for other people without realising it.
A completely different relationship with the decisions you make — because once you understand your Authority, you stop outsourcing your knowing to everyone else in the room.
And underneath all of it — the beginning of something that is very hard to describe until you feel it. The experience of finally making sense to yourself.
WOW! WOW! WOW! My reading with Donna was incredible, so many AHA moments and I finally feel seen. This was definitely my permission slip to truly embody who I am, no more hiding my magic. Everyone should have one of these readings and understand how powerful Human Design really is. I want to gift one of these to my daughter now.
Recently I had the privilege of a Human Design reading from Donna. It was extremely valuable to gain insight into my energy type. As a projector it's easy for me to believe I have to keep up with the pace of the world. I'm not designed to continuously be 'ON'. I feel this often and permission to honour this for me is refreshing. Donna was able to delve into my projector type for my business also, with quite a few lightbulb moments. I highly recommend a HD reading from Donna

Can I just say how much, passion, knowledge & wisdom you bring to the table with HD. I loved my session and after 3 days I can see how it keeps you in such alignment, if you follow your strategy and authority.
✦ A 90 minute private zoom session — just you and me. No scripts. No generic chart readout. I come prepared with your complete chart already mapped and your seven layers already identified. We use the time to go deep — not broad.
✦ A pre-session questionnaire — before we meet. You'll fill in a short questionnaire that helps me understand where you are right now and what's been sitting heaviest. This means we hit the ground running from the very first minute.
✦ A post-session voice note — Within 48 hours of our session I'll send you a personal voice note pulling together the most important threads — the things I want you to sit with, the things I noticed that we didn't get time to fully unpack, and whatever feels most important for you to carry forward.

Spots are strictly limited. This work requires my full presence and that means I protect the space carefully.
This Is For You.
You've been circling something — a feeling, a question, a quiet restlessness and you've done enough personal development work to know that naming it might ask you to sit with something uncomfortable before it gets to feel good. You're ready for that..
You know something about Human Design — maybe your type, maybe a little more but you have a sense there's more in there than you've accessed yet. You want someone to take you all the way in, not just hand you another overview.
You're not looking for permission to change your whole life. You're looking for the specific clarity that lets you trust yourself more fully in the life you're already living and the one you're growing into.
You're the woman your friends come to. The one who holds space, who sees clearly, who shows up. And you're finally ready for someone to do that for you.
This Is Not For You.
You're brand new to personal development and haven't yet developed a practice of sitting with uncomfortable truths. This session goes deep and depth requires a certain readiness to receive what comes up. Start with the Always Her Report. It's designed exactly for you and will give you the foundation to get so much more from having a live session, when the time is right.
You're looking for someone to tell you what to do. This is a mirror — a very precise, very specific one. What you do with what you see is completely yours.
You're not quite ready to be seen. This session asks you to show up honestly in your questionnaire, in the room, and with yourself. If you're still in the phase of keeping things carefully managed, that's okay. This will be here when you're ready.
You want quick answers to specific external problems. This is identity work. The external stuff shifts as a result — but that's not where we start.
Probably not. And that's exactly the point.
This isn't another layer of information to add to everything you've already learned. Human Design isn't a methodology or a framework you study — it's the specific architecture underneath all of it. What most women find is that it makes sense of everything they've already done. The therapy, the inner work, the pivots, the patterns they kept bumping into — it all suddenly has a shape. A reason. A name.
You don't need to come here empty. You need to come here ready. And if you've already done the work, you are.
It helps but it's not essential. If you come to Reclaim Her without the report, we'll cover the foundations quickly in your pre-session questionnaire and hit the ground running.
You don't need to. Sometimes not being able to name exactly what's going on is the whole reason you're here.
Before we meet, I'll have already spent time with your chart and read your pre-session questionnaire. You don't need to arrive with the right question. Just bring the thing you keep circling — the feeling you can't quite explain, the part of yourself that doesn't quite make sense yet. We'll start there.
Sometimes it might. This is deep work, and occasionally something lands because it puts words to a truth you've felt but haven't quite been ready to name.
Nothing in your chart is there to tell you what's wrong with you. We go at a pace that feels right, and you always get to decide how far we go. And more often than not, the thing that feels uncomfortable at first is also the thing that brings the biggest relief — because once you can see it clearly, you can stop quietly fighting yourself over it.
Come and find me on my socials @donnaday__
I'm always happy to have a real conversation before you decide whether Reclaim Her is right for you.
I didn't find Human Design because I was thriving and looking to go deeper.
I found it because I was 54 years old, had just quit a high-paying career, and was standing at the edge of a life I had built entirely around surviving — and realising, with a kind of quiet devastation, that I had no idea who I actually was underneath all of it.
My mum died when I was seventeen. There was no gentle transition into adulthood. There was just — one day, everything changed, and I had to hold myself together and get on with it. And I did. I was extraordinary at it. Sales. Account manager. Leadership roles. Personal training business. I was capable, competent and successful by every measure that mattered — on the outside.
But underneath that there was always a niggle. A quiet voice asking — is this actually me? Or is this just what I learned to do to be okay?
I ignored it for years. Because that's what capable women do, right? We keep going.
Except I kept pivoting. Interior design. Personal training. Affiliate marketing. Seven months in Bali because my soul wouldn't stop guiding me there. I used to think I was a quitter. I wasn't. I was just someone who stayed until something stopped feeling right — and then had the courage to put it down.
The five years since I made the real leap have not been pretty. I'm not going to dress it up. There have been moments of near financial ruin. Casual retail shifts to keep the roof over my head. A rollercoaster that would have sent most people straight back to the safety of a salary. And through all of it — through the deepest personal development work I have ever done — I kept coming back to Human Design. To my own chart. To the slow, sometimes brutal, always extraordinary process of learning what it actually feels like to live as myself.
I'm not on the other side of a dramatic transformation story with a neat bow on it. I'm in the middle of building something real, on my own terms, in a life I have consciously chosen. I wake up most mornings and get to decide what the day looks like. I need less than I ever have. I want less than I ever have. And I have never felt more like myself.
Not a perfect life. Not a dramatic reinvention. Just the specific, quiet, profound experience of finally making sense to yourself. Of knowing which parts are actually you. Of trusting what you feel in your body enough to let it lead.
I know what it costs to spend decades performing a version of yourself that was never quite right. And I know what it feels like when that starts to shift.
That's what I bring into this room with you.
Donna 🖤
There is a version of you that has always been there — underneath the roles, underneath the responsibilities, underneath the decades of being exactly what every moment required of you.
She didn't go anywhere while you were busy surviving. She just got quiet. She learned to wait.
This is her moment.
You have spent long enough being everything to everyone else. You have been competent and capable and present and reliable and you have done it so well for so long that you have almost convinced yourself that this is who you are.
But you know it isn't. That's why you're still reading.
Reclaim Her isn't about fixing you. It's about finally turning the light on in the room you've been standing in for years and seeing yourself clearly, probably for the first time.
Ninety minutes. Seven layers.
One woman who finally makes sense to herself.
You've waited long enough.
